Material: eggs, coriander leaves, salt, boiled egg, garlic paste, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, germ masala, chat masala, onion, tomatoes, and peas.

Procedure:

  • First of all, we take egg and brake and mix with salt, and coriander leaves.

  • And fry it.

  • Then put tomatoes and mix and fry it.
  • Then put boiled peas and fry it.

  • Then put some quantity of water.
  • Then cover it and cook for 3 minutes.
  • At last our anda chingari will be prepared.
